Help us become even better

We always work towards making our customers satisfied with us and our products. This is our driving force at PODAB. Therefore, we conduct an NKI (Satisfied Customer Index) survey every six months to ensure that we meet our customer expectations.

On a 5-degree scale, we received an average of 4.38 in total customer satisfaction during the first half of the year. A result that we are proud of and that shows that we are doing great things. And we can do more. Through the survey we analyze our strengths and weaknesses in order to constantly improve.
