Drying cabinet developed for protective garments
FC 20 is developed in close
collaboration with Healthy Firefighters to fit into the routines that minimize
exposure of hazardous elements in the firefighter’s daily lives. The drying
programs reduces wear and tear of the textiles and are customized for drying
protective garments.
Dries large amounts fast
The design of the cabinet
features a dual heating and circulation system. One system directs hot air
through six uniquely designed hangers to dry the inside of the garments. The
other system distributes hot air evenly within the cabinet to dry the outside
layers. The result is an efficient and
energy saving drying process. Six hangers are included in the standard design.
Restores and activates
impregnation
The cabinet activates the
impregnating liquids that are periodically injected into the last rinse of the
wash cycle. It also restores already impregnated garments. Impregnation
reinforces the safety features of the garments and extends the service life.
User-friendly construction
The drying cabinet has a user-friendly display which uses clear symbols to show necessary information throughout
the drying process. The drying cabinet has three automatic programs and one
program for timed drying. Two automatic programs for drying protective garments
and one automatic program for station wear etc. Seven languages available - Swedish,
Norwegian, Danish, English, French, German and Spanish.
Delivered as an assembling kit to be mounted at the installation site.
